Literally starting from the ground up, MBDevCon founder, Chris Garland, began his career as a commercial high-rise superintendent. Leading multiple trades and hundreds of field employees provided daily opportunities to resolve conflicts and solve problems. 

This practical foundational experience reinforced the power of planning, collaborating and communicating across stakeholders. These skills that have garnered success at each stage of the development process.
